Founded in 2003, Allied Movement for Justice and Development (AMJAD) is a nonprofit organization working across the United States and Sierra Leone to empower vulnerable individuals and underserved communities.
Through education, vocational skills training, sustainable agriculture, advocacy, and humanitarian support, we work alongside communities to create sustainable opportunities, strengthen livelihoods, and build better futures.

Since 2003, AMJAD has worked at the intersection of justice and development — building bridges between communities in the United States and Sierra Leone. We believe that lasting change comes from within communities, and our role is to walk alongside people as they build the futures they deserve.
